At DAVIDsTEA, we want you to love your blend; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, loose leaf tea and opened consumable products are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please verify that the item is not a final sale product like loose leaf tea or a gift card.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your online account to start a return request or visit any of our boutique locations with your original receipt or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tea accessories or unopened kits in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
